An independent estate agent is, well, independent. That means that we aren’t part of a big company, it’s a completely personal service between just us and our clients. Whilst this may seem totally different to what you expect from an estate agent, there are lots of benefits of opting to sell your home with an independent estate agent.

With a high street estate agent, this is the point at which the process hands over to the conveyancing solicitor. From the point onwards, the majority of your communication will be through your solicitor and your estate agent will be hands off.
