Linda has been nothing but fantastic from start to finish. As first time sellers we had little to no clue about the entire process and Linda was nothing but patient throughout and walked us through every step so there were no surprises. We had so much interest in our property thanks to her active marketing approach, compared with our previous big named estate agent. Without her constantly on top of all the solicitors and everyone else involved I highly doubt we would have been able to move into our dream home before Christmas and get our wonderful buyers in too. Linda was invaluable in our house move. She sold our house in a matter of weeks, and helped us find the right buyer for our situation. At the time, we didn’t know how important this would be, but two failed house purchases later with our buyer continuing to wait, we were so grateful for Linda’s guidance in choosing the right person to buy our house. It took us about 10 months to complete in the end, and our buyer waited the entire time. Linda was so supportive throughout the process. She kept us updated with progress every week (for 10 months!)- she was the only person we didn’t have to chase. She really went above and beyond throughout. In such a stressful time, Linda makes everything that little bit easier. It is really helpful to only deal with one person from start to finish. We can’t thank Linda enough and would (and do) recommend her to everyone.

5 stars isn’t enough to give Linda, 10 would be a better score. What a great experience we had selling our home with Linda. After having “issues” before with large estate agents, working with Linda, was a breath of fresh air. From start to finish, Linda was available to give help and advice whenever we needed it. It is stressful buying and selling, but Linda took away that stress and made the process so much easier. We would have no hesitation in recommending Linda to anybody selling their home.

I found Linda after viewing one of the video tours she had prepared for another property. After a phone conversation where she explained her approach I quickly made the decision to list my property with her. This will most likely be one of the best decisions I will ever make! Linda was true to her word from start to finish. The listing and video she produced for my property was excellent. Even better was her how she managed the whole selling process from viewings through to completion. Her communication was clear and prompt throughout. Not once did I have to chase for updates on progress. She also had a great relationship with my solicitor, who was full of praise for her communication and speed of response. I believe the buyer had a similar experience too. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. She is a force of nature and clearly cares about her clients.

Linda is one in a million, and how estate agency should be across the board. Selling a house is incredibly stressful but Linda went above and beyond to help make the process easier. I don’t think we could have done it without her, and if we ever did it again I would 100% want Linda holding my hand again. Fabulous from day one and saw us through to the end. After dealing with many estate agents over many years with some good, some bad, some indifferent… Linda matches none of those descriptions, she is EXCEPTIONAL! Linda sold my house within 4 days, and sold it for over the asking price. She is very hard working and nothing was ever too much trouble. She organised everything for me and was available anytime for any problems or queries I had. I consider that she went over and above the normal estate agents who just want a quick sale at a cheap price. I would recommend Linda to anyone!

I would highly recommend Linda as an estate agent. She is very efficient and capable when it comes to the processes involved in buying and selling houses, but what is most striking is her integrity and honesty. In a field where you often feel like a cog in a faceless system, Linda is a breath of fresh air. She really takes the time to find out what is you are needing, keeps you regularly updated and is alongside you through the process. I cannot recommend her enough.

I cannot recommend or praise Linda enough. She has sold our house and found us our forever home, but if we were to ever move again I wouldn’t trust anybody else with the process. From beginning to end she has been attentive, understanding and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble, you are never waiting long in a reply to a query and you honestly feel like you’re chatting to a mate! We cannot believe how quickly our moving process happended, during these uncertain times, we stilll can’t believe from sale to moving it all happened in 3 months. That’s all down to Linda. After having a bad experience with a larger estate agent, it was a complete change to deal with Linda. Questions were answered promptly, never needed to chase her for anything. The mocked up photos and video made such a difference to the image my property gave when trying to sell. Once a sale had been agreed, Linda kept in touch with each party to make sure the sale progressed as quickly and smoothly as possible.
